BUILDING SETBACK LINES (BUILDING RETREAT):
According to land plot planning and national technical regulations on construction planning (QCVN 01:2021/BXD, issued with Circular No. 01/2021/TT-BXD dated May 19, 2021)
ARCHITECTURAL REQUIREMENTS:
Buildings must be designed harmoniously to create a unified spatial and architectural planning suitable for the industrial park landscape. For auxiliary constructions (parking, toilets, electrical stations, water pipelines, wastewater pipes, power plants if any, wastewater treatment): designs must ensure aesthetics of the industrial park, comply with minimum building setback lines, and must not affect main buildings or neighboring enterprises’ environment.
GREEN SPACE AREA:
48,29 ha (13.62% ratio)
FACTORY FENCING:
The fence along the internal traffic roads of the industrial park must be built with open fencing (ventilated fences) and comply with industrial park regulations.
