ARCHITECTURAL REQUIREMENT
Construction works should be designed and built harmoniously to create architecture – planning space suitable to the general landscape of the Industrial Park. In respect of sub-works (Car parking, toilets, power sub-station, water piping, drainage, generator room (if there is), wastewater system): Construction design should ensure the landscape of the Industrial Park, the minimum building line and making no harm to erections and environment of neighboring enterprises
