The event aims to facilitate the introduction and connection of Vietnamese businesses in many fields including industrial parks, industrial clusters, enterprises operating warehouses and logistics, banks, financial institutions, and investment funds, local suppliers, manufacturing facilities, distributors and nationwide export enterprises. They will have the opportunity to showcase their products and services to businesses, individuals, and investors, especially those from Taiwan. The event also aims to connect supply and demand of goods, promote investment in industrial zones and clusters in Vietnam

Yen My II Industrial Park and Pho Noi A Industrial Park in Hung Yen province were highlighted to exhibition attendees. The Company representative said: “This is an opportunity for Hoa Phat’s Industrial Park products to be introduced to individuals, exhibition visitors and potential investors from Taiwan. Participating in the international exhibition promoting Vietnam – Taiwan Investment and Trade 2024 is an activity in the promotion program to attract Taiwanese FDI investment into Hoa Phat’s Industrial Parks in the near future.

At the event, representatives of Hoa Phat Real Estate’s board of directors also attended the Vietnam – Taiwan Business Forum 2024 program on the topic: Successful and Promising Vietnam – Taiwan investment and trade relations. Hoa Phat Real Estate was a co-sponsor of this program.

Regarding industrial park real estate, Hoa Phat is currently the investor and operator of 3 industrial parks, including Pho Noi A Industrial Park with a scale of 689 hectares (Hung Yen), Hoa Mac Industrial Park – 131 hectares (Ha Nam ), Yen My II Industrial Park – 313.5 hectares (Hung Yen) with a total operating industrial park land fund of 1133.5 hectares. At Pho Noi A Industrial Park, the occupancy rate reached about 90% with 108 enterprises leasing land. Yen My II Industrial Park is divided into 2 phases: Phase 1 has an area of 97.5 hectares with 100% occupancy rate with 35 enterprises; Phase 2 with an area of 216 hectares under infrastructure construction and investment attraction by Hoa Phat.
